Drain: coolant
(from the engine and radiator)
Remove water pump

Remove head camshaft sprocket
Remove head

Remove Head
Remove generator rotor
Remove: generator rotor 1
(with the flywheel puller 2)
Remove generator rotor cover
Remove shift shaf part
Remove Starter clutch gear
Remove oil pump
Engine right side view

Remove Crankcase cover (right)
Remove clutch pressure plate bolts
Remove:
clutch boss nut 1
lock washer 2
clutch boss 3
washer 4
clutch housing 5
spacer 6
clutch push rod 7
Remove clutch plate

Remove clutch housing washer
Remove clutch housing
Remove spacer
Remove clutch shoe housing
Remove clutch shoe housing
Remove clutch shoe

Remove shift lever
Remove Shift drum segment
1 Shift fork guide bar
2 Shift fork “R”
3 Shift fork “L”
4 Shift drum

Remove transmission
Remove transmission spring
Remove the washer
Remove transmission
Remove kickstarter
Left Side Crankcase
After Change new ROD CONNECTING.

Instalation CRANKCASE
New CYLINDER with the aluminium gasket
Clutch Plate
CLUTCH SPRING
Install Piston ring
Instaling Head
Turn the crankshaft counterclockwise.
b. When the piston is at TDC on the compression
stroke, align the “I” mark 'C' on the
camshaft sprocket with the stationary pointer
'd' on the cylinder head.
(with the stationary pointer on the crankcase)
Install Head
Install Cooling System
Make sure the water cooler is not leak, install the plug and ready to start the engine.
Successful start the Engine
